Why I Founded This Framework

I’ve spent years working with emerging leaders and executives across industries, witnessing a common pattern: high-potential professionals are promoted or encouraged into leadership roles before they fully understand what’s required. The stakes are high—decisions about people, priorities, and strategy carry real consequences, and early mistakes can be costly.

This led me to develop the Leadership Readiness Map™, a proprietary framework that explores four dimensions of leadership readiness:
